Metal Conjugate Ring

Metal Conjugate Ring is a kind of metal random packing developed from the cascade ring , it takes the advantage of ring and saddle packing. Zhonghao Metal Conjugate Ring’s conjugate curve structure, makes the Conjugate Rings have some features like structured packing’s uniformity holes and low resistanc features. So, Zhonghao Metal Conjugate Ring also has proper flanging and diameter ratio, the  Conjugate Ring is point contact between fillings or filling and tower internal wall and has better fluid mechanics and mass transfer property.

Application:ammonia decarbonization, desulfurization systems, atmospheric and vacuum distillation of crude oil separation unit, a variety of separation, such as methanol, separation, separation of organic acids uptake and desulfurization towers, etc.
