Plastic Structured Tower Packing:

Plastic structured packing is made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinylchloride (PVC) and chloridized polyvinyl chloride (CPVC).

Plastic structured packing provides high capacity, higher efficiency and lower pressure drop than any random packing and most trays available today. Revamping existing packed or trayed columns with structured packing form.

Plastic structured packing has advantage such as light weight, large capacity, low pressure drop, large specific surface, easily exchanging made of wire knitting net, the wire is a admixture of pp and polyacr ylonitrle, the plastic corrugated plate packing is made of pp or PVDF plate which can be perforatedo, increase mass transferring efficiency.

Application: mainly apply in the process of counter current absorption of low quantity of liquid’s discharge. Such as purification of tail gas
